주식회사 포터엑스(이하 “회사”)는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관계 법령을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 안전하게 보호하기 위해 최선을 다하고 있습니다. 본 방침은 회사가 어떤 개인정보를 수집하고, 어떻게 이용하며, 안전하게 관리하는지에 대한 내용을 담고 있습니다.

01. 개인정보 처리목적

회사는 다음의 목적을 위해 개인정보를 처리하며, 목적 외 용도로는 이용하지 않습니다.

  1. 회원 가입 및 관리
    본인 식별, 성인 인증(18세 이상), 회원자격 유지·관리, 중복 가입 방지, 고객 문의 및 고충 처리
  2. 서비스 제공 및 운영
    미션 등록 및 매칭, 미션 수행 관리, 물품 전달 및 수령 지원, 서비스 이용 기록 관리
  3. 결제 및 정산 처리
    크레딧 결제, 미션 수행 대가 정산, 환불 처리
  4. 부정 이용 방지 및 서비스 안정성 확보
    약관 위반 행위 방지, 분쟁 대응, 서비스 품질 개선

02. 처리하는 개인정보 항목

회사는 서비스 제공을 위해 필요한 최소한의 정보를 수집합니다.

1) 이용자의 동의 없이 처리하는 항목

회사는 다음의 개인정보 항목을 「개인정보 보호법」 제15조 제1항 제4호(’계약이행’)에 따라 이용자의 동의를 받지 않고 처리할 수 있습니다.

  • 회원 가입 및 인증 정보: 성명, 휴대전화번호, 생년월일, 성별, 암호화된 동일인식별정보(CI), 중복가입확인정보(DI)
  • 서비스 이용 과정에서 자동 생성되는 정보: IP 주소, 접속 로그, 단말기 정보(OS, 기기 식별 정보), 서비스 이용 기록, 거래 기록, 채팅 기록

2) 이용자의 동의를 받아 처리하는 항목

회사는 다음의 개인정보를 수집·이용하는 경우, 사전에 수집 항목·이용 목적·보유 기간을 안내하고 별도의 동의를 받습니다.

  1. 위치 관련 정보
    • 이용자가 직접 입력한 여행 일정 정보(국가, 도시, 체류 기간 등)
    • 미션 수행 여부 확인을 위한 특정 시점의 비정밀 위치 정보

    ※ 회사는 실시간 위치 추적을 목적으로 개인위치정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

  2. 배송 및 전달 관련 정보 (요청 시)
    성명, 주소, 연락처, 수령 관련 요청사항
  3. 정산 정보 (정산 요청 시)
    은행명, 예금주명, 계좌번호
  4. 선택 정보
    프로필 사진, 이메일 주소, 마케팅 수신 정보

※ 법령상 요구되거나 분쟁 해결이 필요한 경우에 한하여, 최소한의 본인확인 정보를 별도 동의를 받아 처리할 수 있습니다.

03. 개인정보의 처리 및 보유 기간

회사는 개인정보를 수집·이용 목적이 달성될 때까지 보유하며, 관계 법령에 따라 일정 기간 보관이 필요한 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다.

  1. 회원 정보: 회원 탈퇴 시까지 (단, 부정 이용 방지 및 분쟁 대응을 위해 탈퇴 후 6개월간 보관)
  2. 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자 보호에 관한 법률
    • 계약 또는 청약철회, 대금결제 및 재화 공급 기록: 5년
    • 소비자 불만 또는 분쟁 처리 기록: 3년
  3. 통신비밀보호법
    • 접속 로그, IP주소 등: 3개월

04. 개인정보의 제3자 제공

회사는 원칙적으로 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 포터엑스 서비스는 요청자와 수행자 간의 직접적인 개인정보 교환 없이, 플랫폼 내 기능(메시지, 알림, 상태 표시 등)을 통해 미션 등록, 매칭, 수행 및 전달이 이루어지도록 설계되어 있습니다.

회사는 법령에 근거한 경우 또는 수사기관의 적법한 요청이 있는 경우를 제외하고, 이용자의 개인정보를 외부에 제공하지 않습니다.

05. 개인위치정보의 처리

회사는 「위치정보의 보호 및 이용 등에 관한 법률」을 준수하여 개인위치정보를 안전하게 처리합니다.

  1. 처리 목적
    • 이용자가 입력한 여행 일정에 따른 미션 매칭
    • 미션 수행 여부 확인 및 서비스 운영
  2. 처리 항목
    • 이용자가 직접 입력한 위치 관련 정보
    • 특정 시점의 비정밀 위치 정보

    ※ 회사는 실시간 위치 추적을 목적으로 개인위치정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

  3. 보존 기간
    • 위치정보 이용·제공 사실 확인자료는 관련 법령에 따라 6개월간 보관합니다.
  4. 파기
    • 보유 기간 경과 또는 처리 목적 달성 시 복구 불가능한 방법으로 즉시 파기합니다.

06. 개인정보 파기 절차 및 방법

  1. 절차: 목적 달성 후 별도의 DB로 옮겨져 일정 기간 보관 후 파기됩니다.
  2. 방법: 전자적 파일은 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법으로 삭제하며, 종이 문서인 경우 분쇄하거나 소각합니다.

07. 이용자의 권리와 행사방법

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보를 열람, 정정, 삭제하거나 처리 정지를 요구할 수 있습니다.

회사는 개인정보 처리업무 위탁 시 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 위탁 계약을 체결하고, 위탁받은 자가 개인정보를 안전하게 처리하도록 필요한 사항을 규정하며 관리·감독하고 있습니다.

  1. 위탁받는 자: 서비스 외주 개발사
  2. 위탁 업무 내용: 서비스 개발 및 유지보수, 시스템 운영 지원
  3. 위탁 기간: 위탁 계약 종료 시까지

PorterX Co., Ltd. (the "Company") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws and is committed to protecting users' personal information. This policy describes what personal information we collect, how we use it, and how we manage it securely.

01. Purpose of Processing Personal Information

We process personal information for the following purposes and do not use it for other purposes.

  1. Membership registration and management
    Identity verification, adult verification (18+), maintaining membership, preventing duplicate registrations, handling customer inquiries and complaints
  2. Service provision and operation
    Mission registration and matching, Mission performance management, delivery and receipt support, service usage record management
  3. Payment and settlement processing
    Credit payments, settlement of Mission compensation, refund processing
  4. Prevention of fraudulent use and service stability
    Preventing violations of terms, dispute response, service quality improvement

02. Personal Information Items Processed

We collect the minimum information necessary to provide the Service.

1) Items processed without user consent

We may process the following personal information without user consent under Article 15(1)4 (performance of contract) of the Personal Information Protection Act.

  • Membership registration and authentication information: Name, mobile phone number, date of birth, gender, encrypted CI (unique identification information), DI (duplicate registration check information)
  • Information automatically generated during service use: IP address, access logs, device information (OS, device identifiers), service usage records, transaction records, chat records

2) Items processed with user consent

When we collect and use the following personal information, we provide notice of items collected, purposes, and retention period, and obtain separate consent.

  1. Location-related information
    • Travel itinerary information entered by the user (country, city, length of stay, etc.)
    • Coarse location information at specific times for verifying Mission performance

    Note: We do not collect personal location information for real-time tracking.

  2. Delivery and handoff information (upon request)
    Name, address, contact information, delivery-related requests
  3. Settlement information (upon request)
    Bank name, account holder name, account number
  4. Optional information
    Profile photo, email address, marketing consent information

Note: If required by law or for dispute resolution, we may process minimal identity verification information with separate consent.

03. Retention and Use Period

We retain personal information until the purpose of collection and use is achieved, and keep it for the legally required periods where applicable.

  1. Member information: Until membership withdrawal (however, retained for 6 months after withdrawal to prevent fraudulent use and respond to disputes)
  2. Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce
    • Records of contracts or withdrawal, and payment and supply of goods: 5 years
    • Records of consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years
  3. Protection of Communications Secrets Act
    • Access logs, IP addresses, etc.: 3 months

04. Provision to Third Parties

We do not provide users' personal information to third parties in principle. The PorterX service is designed so that Missions are registered, matched, performed, and delivered through platform features (messages, notifications, status displays, etc.) without direct exchange of personal information between requesters and performers.

We do not provide personal information to external parties except as required by law or upon a lawful request by investigative authorities.

05. Processing of Personal Location Information

We process personal location information in compliance with the Act on the Protection and Use of Location Information.

  1. Purpose
    • Mission matching based on travel itinerary information entered by the user
    • Verification of Mission performance and service operation
  2. Items processed
    • Location-related information entered by the user
    • Coarse location information at specific times

    Note: We do not collect personal location information for real-time tracking.

  3. Retention period
    • Records of location information use and provision are retained for 6 months as required by law.
  4. Destruction
    • We destroy the data immediately in an irrecoverable manner once the retention period expires or the processing purpose is achieved.

06. Personal Information Destruction Procedures and Methods

  1. Procedure: After the purpose is achieved, the information is moved to a separate database, retained for a certain period, and then destroyed.
  2. Method: Electronic files are deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery; paper documents are shredded or incinerated.

07. User Rights and How to Exercise Them

Users may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information at any time.

09. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing

We may outsource part of personal information processing to external specialized companies to provide the Service smoothly.

When outsourcing, we enter into contracts in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and supervise the entrusted party to ensure secure processing.

01. 個人情報の処理目的

当社は次の目的で個人情報を処理し、目的外に利用しません。

02. 処理する個人情報の項目

当社はサービス提供に必要な最小限の情報を収集します。

1) 利用者の同意なく処理する項目

当社は「個人情報保護法」第15条第1項第4号（契約の履行）に基づき、利用者の同意なく次の個人情報を処理できる場合があります。

  • 会員登録および認証情報: 氏名、携帯電話番号、生年月日、性別、暗号化された同一人識別情報（CI）、重複登録確認情報（DI）
  • サービス利用過程で自動生成される情報: IPアドレス、接続ログ、端末情報（OS、端末識別情報）、サービス利用記録、取引記録、チャット記録

2) 利用者の同意を得て処理する項目

当社は次の個人情報を収集・利用する場合、事前に収集項目・利用目的・保有期間を案内し、別途同意を得ます。

  1. 位置関連情報
    • 利用者が直接入力した旅行日程情報（国、都市、滞在期間等）
    • ミッション遂行の確認のための特定時点の粗い位置情報

    注: 当社はリアルタイム位置追跡を目的として個人位置情報を収集しません。

  2. 配送および受け渡し関連情報（依頼時）
    氏名、住所、連絡先、受け取りに関する要望事項
  3. 精算情報（精算依頼時）
    銀行名、口座名義、口座番号
  4. 任意情報
    プロフィール写真、メールアドレス、マーケティング受信情報

注: 法令上の要求または紛争解決が必要な場合に限り、最小限の本人確認情報を別途同意を得て処理することがあります。

03. 個人情報の処理および保有期間

当社は個人情報を収集・利用目的が達成されるまで保有し、関係法令により一定期間の保管が必要な場合はその期間保管します。

  1. 会員情報: 会員退会時まで（ただし、不正利用防止および紛争対応のため退会後6か月間保管）
  2. 電子商取引等における消費者保護に関する法律
    • 契約または申込撤回、代金決済および財貨供給の記録: 5年
    • 消費者の苦情または紛争処理記録: 3年
  3. 通信秘密保護法
    • 接続ログ、IPアドレス等: 3か月

04. 個人情報の第三者提供

当社は原則として利用者の個人情報を第三者に提供しません。PorterXサービスは、依頼者と遂行者の直接的な個人情報交換なしに、プラットフォーム内機能（メッセージ、通知、状態表示等）を通じてミッション登録、マッチング、遂行および受け渡しが行われるよう設計されています。

当社は法令に基づく場合または捜査機関の適法な要請がある場合を除き、利用者の個人情報を外部に提供しません。

05. 個人位置情報の処理

当社は「位置情報の保護及び利用等に関する法律」を遵守して個人位置情報を安全に処理します。

  1. 処理目的
    • 利用者が入力した旅行日程に基づくミッションマッチング
    • ミッション遂行の確認およびサービス運営
  2. 処理項目
    • 利用者が直接入力した位置関連情報
    • 特定時点の粗い位置情報

    注: 当社はリアルタイム位置追跡を目的として個人位置情報を収集しません。

  3. 保管期間
    • 位置情報の利用・提供事実確認資料は法令により6か月間保管します。
  4. 破棄
    • 保有期間の経過または処理目的達成時に復元不可能な方法で直ちに破棄します。

06. 個人情報の破棄手続および方法

  1. 手続: 目的達成後、別のDBに移して一定期間保管した後に破棄します。
  2. 方法: 電子的ファイルは復元できない技術的方法で削除し、紙文書は裁断または焼却します。

07. 利用者の権利と行使方法

利用者はいつでも自身の個人情報の閲覧、訂正、削除または処理停止を請求できます。

行使方法: カスタマーセンターのメールによる申請

08. 個人情報の安全性確保措置

  1. 個人情報の暗号化保存および送信
  2. 個人情報へのアクセス権限の最小化および内部管理
  3. 接続記録の管理および改ざん防止

09. 個人情報処理の委託

当社は円滑なサービス提供のため、個人情報処理業務の一部を外部専門業者に委託することがあります。

当社は個人情報処理業務を委託する際、「個人情報保護法」に従い委託契約を締結し、委託先が個人情報を安全に処理するよう必要事項を定めて管理・監督します。
